North Fulton Community Charities is seeing over 100 families a day in need of food and/or financial help. As September begins, their Food Pantry shelves are bare of certain important food items. Canned meats, non-creamed soup, peanut butter and jelly, dry beans, canned vegetables (not corn or green beans) and tomato products are especially needed. We are asking that when you visit your local grocery store and shop for your family please purchase a few extra items for your neighbors. We are accepting food at Dr. Richard E. Williams, 21st Century Dental Care and will be making regular drop offs to the charity. They are also in need of dog and cat food; there are a lot of families with pets that they are unable to feed, so please lets keep the pets out of shelters.
