Dear all, Yoga for Beginner Class on Wednesday Practice, practice some more,and breathe.Yoga is the way to actually get the body to release and open is to relax the mind and create the space for healing. If you fight with your joints and demand that they open too quickly you may injure your body along the way. Even if your body does open if you achieve the physical posture it may not have lead you to the inner state of calm that is the real benefit of yoga practice. See you 6.00-7.00 pm. Namaste......
