Dear all clients, We have come to a decision that Minecraft server hosting will be discontinued here at Xenia Cloud on the 12th of this month. The reason why were stopping services is due to money not being made within our services of Minecraft hosting. Does this mean the end of Xenia Cloud? No, our website services for domains, website hosting, seo, etc.. will be carrying on. However our Minecraft services will stop. When will this happen? This will be ending on the 12th, so please all clients request cancellation of their services and any subscriptions made over PayPal to be cancelled. Please note that our refund policy are valid for 2 days •Refunds – Refunds are provided (48) hours after the initial purchase is made, this time starts the moment the transaction is made. We will not accept the request if the reason is invalid. An example of an invalid reason to claim a refund would be and is not limited to the following - I Dont want it or It was a mistake. All semi-annual and annually payments are non-refundable once the refund guarantee has been passed. All dedicated servers are non-refundable. This is as stated on xeniacloud/tos.html If you have ordered in the last 48 and have paid, please submit a ticket for your refund.
