We sometimes forget that how much development mankind has achieved for just last two decades. But behold!!! With all these new situations that we are facing, our duty towards our lord has not been increased though its actually he who is providing these privilages. Did you ever ponder over it?? Ironically we are becoming more ungrateful regarding materialistic matter: I have a iPhone 4 why cant i buy iPhone 5? i have only 3 items for lunch why cant i have 4 items in dinner? I have a Cadillac car why cant i buy a Jaguar or Corvette? I have only an apartment why cant i buy a bungalow or a huge mansion?? I have only a savings account but i have to start 2 new account for My wife n for My baby. Allaah swt declared in quran that humans are ungrateful. Do you see the image in mirror brother? O !! Sister!! Dont you gonna confront your vanity & desire to satisfy Allaah dhul-Jalal wal-ikram?? Wallahi just read this two hadiths, comprehend & ponder. Definately you will find tranquility & ease mood in your heart that it will utter just one word-- ALHAMDULILLAH !! Sahih muslim Book 42, Number 7068: Abu Huraira reported that Allahs Messenger (may peace be upon him) said: When one of you looks at one who stands at a higher level than you in regard to wealth and physical structure he should also see one who stands at a lower level than you in regard to these things (in which he stands) at a higher level (as compared to him). Book 42, Number 7070: Abu Huraira reported Allahs Messenger (may peace be upon him) as saying: Look at those who stand at a lower level than you but dont look at those who stand at a higher level than you, for this would make the favours (conferred upon you by Allah) insignificant(in your eyes). Abu Muawiya said: Upon you. Ya rabb!! We are definately ungrateful towards your bounties & blessings that you shower upon us in every minute aspect of life, yet you never cease your mercy. Forgive us & make our existence incline to you with gratefulness & humbleness. Aameen.
