We will explore theprinciple of blending with an emphasis on openness and playfulness to whatever comes during the dance. Using listening and good-natured resistance we will play with the complementary forces of up, down, here and there to softly wrestle, bowl, and fly each other through the space. Principles to include: ki (energy) extension without muscular tension sensing our partner’s ki / blending relaxation and injury prevention through dynamic alignment weight underside / kiatsu touch This class is suitable to all levels of experience.
