Dearest AIESEC in Mumbai, Exactly 6 months back, for the first time in our 32 year history, one of our programs crossed the 100 projections mark indicating that this could be an extraordinary year for us. It was then followed by 2 more while the fourth led nationally. Now I congratulate you for having crossed the 400 projections mark. Today when our projections are almost as many as of the last Two years combined and we stand as the highest growing entity nationally I want to do nothing but truly thank each and everyone of you for the role you have played in making this happen! Cause what this number doesnt talk about is of the countless hours, sleepless nights, months of hardwork, huge sacrifices, undying passion and an immense drive to prove our worth and strive for excellence by each one of us. Or the small crucial steps, the failures and their learnings, the focus on leaderhsip, the change in the way we chill, the thousands reached out to and the change created. However it does stand as an unforgettable mark of the progress we have made and the immense learning each one of us has gained from making this happen and making our organisation unstoppable. But remember AIESEC in Mumbai, each one of these, they arent numbers, they are people, they are the lives we have made a difference to, the epicenters of the impact we want to make.
