Definitely stepped out of the comfort zone last night! Did a talk and demonstration on crystal therapy at the local therapists network group. Never done a demonstration before. The group were keen to understand more about crystal therapy. It went really well, the group were interested and asked questions and one of the therapists booked a crystal therapy for herself, saying that it really resonated with her. It was great to help others learn and be inspired by crystals and energy and also how this might be integrated with other therapies for the benefit of individual clients. Also nice that the lady who was demonstrated on was relaxed and grounded after the therapy, when she had been ungrounded and stressed previously. Will definitely do this again in the future (although maybe not too soon!!) I love crystals and energy, always something to share, be inspired by as well as rewarding to help others...
