Delaware has now been upgraded from a winter storm watch to a winter storm warning. A winter storm warning is in effect for all of Delaware starting at 10 a.m. Tuesday morning and continuing until 6 a.m. Wednesday. Accumulation of between five and nine inches of snow is possible, according to the National Weather Service. Temperatures are expected to be in the low 20s throughout the day Tuesday, but are forecast to fall into the teens and single digits Tuesday night. The windchill is predicted to fall to around 10 degrees below zero.
