Dem post leg workout feels...haha! Shakes trying to drive a manual home, i looovveeee it! I did some Pilates today to help strengthen from the inside (at least make myself aware of isolating particular muscles throughout my core and lower back) with resistance and body weight exercises, which will help me to progress more easily back in the gym with my injury when i start doing my functional strength training again! (Wooooooooooooo)! I miss the feeling! Cant wait to start getting back into my gym work! I have a long way to go with my strength and fitness to where i was, but feeling these shakes makes me pumped! Slow progressions starting NOW :D [@a_way_of_]
