Relevant experience: 3-5 years administration working experience. Skills: Customer service, report writing, problem solving, Interpersonal skill, people management and strong organizational skills. Duties: Maintain office systems and efficient general office administration. Ensure timeous and accurate registration of all complaints lodged at the Office. Ensure assignment of complaints to relevant officials within given timeframes. Ensure that (electronic) systems for the registration of complaints is operational. Develop and maintain the flow of information and documents, to and from the sub-component. Ensure that effective records are kept of the activities and resources of the unit. Provide professional, cordial, and efficient verbal and written communication with all points of contact.Ensure the safe-keeping of all Complaints Management documentation. Set up and maintain the unit filling and administrative records. Manage all clerical administration staff. Manage queries and out pattern office related queries speedily. Obtain inputs, collate and compile reports for the unit. Handover delegated tasks from the Manager to staff and do follow ups Ensure system of consistent liaising with and/or sensitisation of the Manager with regard to activities for interventions. Ensure that procurement procedures and systems are adhered to.
