Female (I think) pittie. Black & white. Shes been hanging in the alley by my house. I dropped food, water, & treats and she ate all. I put more water. Shes very very scared. If I get out of the car she whines at first and then barks a little. I dont believe shes a neighbors dog bc her collar looks tight and looks like she has a skin condition going on. I keep dropping by ever so often to leave things. Hopefully she gets used to me. Neighbor says shes been hanging out last couple of days. I think bc another person has left her water too.
