Did everyone else know that Adriatic waters are cold below the surface even in sweltering July? (Know that is a function of currents, not air temp.) Went diving today but needed the 5mm suit with a hood. Nice, but we are spoiled with the nearby Caribbean. T-shirt and shorts diving year round, reefs, great visibility. Glad we dove this sea while here but would not make it a dive destination trip.
