Did the Conroy Fed Court action solve my problems ? - no Did I get stayed any time in my Fed Court action? - no Am i happy with the decision ? - no Did the decision help or hinder ? - it kills us imo... i dont have to like or support the Hitzig decision to be protected but mainly trapped... ------ first blush reasons its a big trap from BC... • highlight that because the motions judge: Explicitly rejected temporary Constitutional Exemptions for those affected... --> everyone is stuck with the old system, subject to the new possession limit. ---> will create many injustices, the *only* remedies to which being either (1) additional actions in the Federal Court, [team gold star] based on: -- different personal circumstances... yes they exist where no Drs permitted to sign. Hope the Drs have a code n hold the line... if they cave they weaken n remove the basis of my usual argument... (one prong of three) called BENO Thank You team prohibition certainly this BC leaning & BC judgment does increase my chances of success... -- it creates a situation where my AB govt garden n pot costs is payable now... and lose in FC for WRONG Repeal being Equated to my situation - odd i not once heard any talk of AB no drs, patients denied all but kifesaving health services... Why am i in Fed Court - cuz class actions have consistently messed my freedom up by forcing my hand towards constitutional defences to criminal charges, (should they be laid). as they usually are... this case in BC trains us to accept mmpr, permits LP and keep mmar on life support ... die, die, die, condone mmap Condems patients n jails the unexempted its more legal lies... --- good thing my dangers different !! so they only major mmpr flaw is -possible cost- and ca$h rights not ruled good enough yet... good thing we need 10 weeks to capture 40% mmar in BC under compassion clubs as they permitted to grandfather into MMPR putting the noose around our necks... & once we vote legal - handcuffs enshrined! Justin would call repeal -- repeal n flaunt the Steve Kubby (er Jack Herrer) plan to void handcuffs... not quietly permit his revamped legislation thoughts to capture global n remedy any flaws... TURMEL TEAM WANTS TO FIX THIS via the only proven method - personal charter orders - till the govt decrees enough is enough?! DID YOU THINK A BC ROOTED CLASS ACTION WOULD TRY A KILL OF PROHIBITION - or just imply constitutional protection? - when has not asking the right question solved anything ? -- im not arguing repeal lives in AB... that was admitted in SCC long ago as it was 2x traffick loss for Krieger NEVER cultivate... and many still argue im wrong... its functus officio or was till yesterday... i still only ask for what was missed n hoped declared...not argue it- im correct as cdsa 7.0 killed by Judge Acton many moons ago. As Alberta prides its self for clever... Police state mj is 100% illegal. thats fact of mmar tricks... so they state we enforce till told to stop... - it may be that simple n the fact i refuse to plea & respect a twice imaginary law that is side stepped by trafficking... funny commit illegal like garden & convert to possession as it (grow) is a void statute... by implied possession is also struck... as its void n if you plea to a charge thats void - you are bound by fiction... and if you dont earn you dint see the benefit if cost of business and a few token sleeps in jail... tends to mess most up... so they submit quickly to a void charge - kinda like saying medical n supporting mmap! - is it not personal charter till it collapses cuz imo the *only class action like* remedy was done by Turmel Team called window of death... you nay sayers forced me to resist under trafficking charges for 6.5 years - no plea - then withdraw... funny not- its always 5.0 series in AB if its pot related... better reach n interference... -js not pleased but i knew this and filed my Fed claim March 5th and still live... despite conroy action... hugz
