Did the weekend push you off the healthy train? Its okay!! Beating yourself up this morning will only make things worse!!! Try these 3 things today to get yourself back on track and to wake up feeling amazing and proud TOMORROW. 1. Track your food - I love using My Fitness Pal on my phone but pen and paper works too. Just write down EVERYTHING that goes in your mouth. 2. Shoot for drinking a gallon of water. 3. Whatever you do, DO NOT SKIP THE WORKOUT today. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise in! You got this!! Life is about ups and downs, turn last weekends downs to this weeks up! :)
