Disclaimer: if you are easily offended stop reading. What happened? Just thought about being Proud to be an American. So sick of people complaining. Lets blame everything else happening in the world for our situation. Lets get a bar graph and start assigning percentages of blame on what we feel placed us in situations. Or how about a list. Heres a percentage for you. 98% would not even think of placing some of the blame of their situations on their own shoulders. Your decisions have consequences. Your actions have reactions. How about taking this month seriously and being truly thankful. Your circumstances could always be worse. Sadly, Im not so proud of the American people. The simpering and whining and persecution and injustice. The fraud and gluttony and greed. The stereotypes and hate but mostly the sense of false entitlement. Suck it up. Spit it out and move on. Do not begrudge others happiness, wealth, health, fortune. Be happy for them and look at your own options. 1. Strive for your own dreams. OR 2. Stay exactly where you are and keep your mouth shut. Are you proud to be an American based on your own actions and belief? Take notice and catch a clue.
