Discussion of fundamentals - Anyone that has taken my COMT workshops or read much of my writings knows that I have a strong aversion to cook book techniques and strongly recommend learning the underlying fundamentals of manual and movement therapy. So, I invite folks to enter into a little discussion on the most fundamental and important force involved in the musculoskeletal system (and if not the most important force in the myofascioskeletal system, then certainly one of the two most important forces).
