Texas Democrat gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis’ campaign to become the next Governor of Texas is all but over and their desperation and viciousness is coming out. Davis’ most recent political add is being condemned by most all individuals in both parties as it has his a new low for gutter politics. The political ad starts out with the image of a wheelchair, one similar to the one that Abbott is confined to. The ad then gets personal, accusing Abbott of spending his career working against other victims. Despite the immediate backlash against Texas gubernatorial candidate Wendy Davis and her ad featuring an empty wheelchair, Davis’ communications manager Zac Petkanas still thought it was a pretty good spot, while others thought it was a great audition tape for a gig at MSNBC. Word that the rest of the United States found the ad low and desperate seems to have filtered through, with the Davis campaign reposting the spot again and again, but softening the introduction each time.
