Et les gens qui veulent adopter se confrontent avec la situation que j avais decrites hier.En plus, pour adopter plus d un chien, tu dois payer environ 30 euro/chien, ce qui pour un roumain signifie beaucoup.Ou va l argent de ces taxes si les chiens sont gardes dans ces conditions miseres?
