Do you even lift? If you do, youll have a hard time finding - TopicsExpress

Do you even lift? If you do, youll have a hard time finding supplements here. GNC does exist over here but all they sell are vitamins, ginseng, and one or two waaaay overpriced tubs of protein. There are many sites Koreans use, and you can also use bodybuilding (but the shipping is a bastard). I use monsterzym.us If you need help navigating the site or want recommendations, just ask. The site is entirely in Korean and unlike some other sites the hangeul reads stuff like 단백질 (Korean word for protein) instead of 프로틴 (peu-roh-teen), which is nice to help expand your vocabulary if those words arent already there but can make it a bit slow-going at first. There is no English option available for this site. Despite being totally in Korean, the website ships from the US and provides US products from brands you probably know, like Gaspari Nutrition, Optimum Nutrition, and more. The average time between placing the order and receiving it from this particular site is 3-4 days. The shipping is a flat rate of 10,000 won, no matter how heavy the box is. Yeah, US shipping, 10,000 won flat rate, 3-4 days...these guys are magic. Im also a personal trainer but stopped working at the gym because I hated charging people for money, so you can hit me up if you want an exercise routine or some shit. I dont charge.
