Do you spend countless hours each week pounding the pavement or treadmill, riding the stationary bike, or elliptical, but dont see results? I have been there before and thought as long as I was working out for an hour, I was good to go. I have learned thats not the most effective way to exercise. You dont need to put in hours of long cardio, you just need to know how to workout smarter by doing shorter, high intensity workouts and not wasting time doing ineffective exercises.
