Dodger starter Hyun-Jin Ryu is seeking to become the first Dodger rookie to win 10 games since Kazuhisa Ishii in 2002. Ryu is 9-3 and has pitched at least 5.0 innings in each of his 20 starts this season. In 17 of those outing, Ryu has pitched at least 6.0 innings and the left-hander hasn’t lost since June 19 at New York. The Korean ranks among the MLB rookie leaders in wins (9, 2nd), winning percentage (.750, 1st), innings (129.0, 3rd) and strikeouts (105, 4th) in 20 starts. * The Dodgers lead the NL with both a 2.58 ERA (69 ER/241.0 IP) and a .209 opponents’ average since July 1.
