Does anybody understand county infrastructure enough to explain to me why, when I need to acquire a new drivers license I have to drive to Franklin to do so, when I need a new license plate I have to drive to Franklin to get it, when I buy a new car I cannot purchase a drive out tag from the Williamson county clerk without a failed emissions slip to be able to legally drive the car to emissions testing. I dont like to be set up to fail like that, I do believe that is entrapment. P.S. Id like to take a moment to say a big F... ..u! To the officers that threatened to tow my car if I did not concent to an illegal search of my vehicle, because I was driving without a license plate, which I was instructed to do by the county clerks office, on my way to the m.a.r.t.a. station. I might add that I am legally insured and I had a signed title on my person.
