Dogri Sanstha Jammu elects new office bearers JAMMU, Sept 29: The triennial election of Dogri Sanstha Jammu were held on Sunday, Chhatrapal and Dr Nirmal Vinod were unanimously elected president and general secretary, respectively of the Dogri Sanstha, Jammu. Election of other office bearers, including Gianeshwar and Narinder Bhasin as vice-presidents, Dr Rattan Basotra as secretary, Dr Chanchal Bhasin as literary secretary, Surjit Hosh Badsali as publicity secretary and Dr Rajesh Manhas as treasurer was also announced unanimously. Earlier Veena Gupta, the general secretary of the former team, presented the report of Sanstha’s activities for the last three years which included seminars, symposia, workshops, press conferences, music programmes, publications, literary get- togethers etc.
