Dont people have the right and ability to work for who they want or, stated another way, to not work for an organization they disagree with? I mean, we dont work for the KKK, not because the organization denies certain benefits, but because its a despicable organization that we disagree with. No one makes another work for Hobby Lobby - thats my fundamental issue. If you want your employer to cover your birth control, then find an employer that does and skip the Hobby Libby application. Chic-Fil-A is an organization with a religious bent, if you disagree its mission and philosophy, dont apply. I have not read the opinion yet, but the problem is more fundamental though!! The government needs to stay out of business and our lives altogether when its intrusion is unnecessary. The Hobby Lobby case would not exist, but for Obamacare, which didnt exist just a few years ago, now a right is being infringed? If we continue to promote or allow government interference with our rights, we will eventually have no rights at all - See the California debacle that rages on !!!
