Dont worry about Hanukkah being early this year, the Scholastic Book Fair will be at Rockwern from November 18th - 26th, just in time to finish up your holiday shopping. The book fair is the librarys main fundraiser throughout the year, a portion of the sales goes directly to our Rockwern Library. This money allows Rockwern to purchase new books for our children to read for years to come. Help your children become excited about reading, peruse the fair together, buy a book for your childs classroom, sneak in once your child is in class and buy books for gifts, or better yet, just because! The fair will be open before and after school each day as well as special preschool pick up time one day during the sale. We are always looking for volunteers to help set up, work and tear down the book fair. Cmon, sign up to work a shift, we all dreamed of playing with cash registers as a child, nows your chance!
