Don’t Let Your Heart Grow Cold “And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.” Matthew 24:10-13 (KJV)In these last days, many are becoming offended and are falling away. People are hurting others with their words or actions, or both. Maybe a preacher said something that offended you or maybe your Christian friend treated you in an ungodly way. You expected the best from them and they showed you the worst. Now your heart is hurt and you have fallen away from the things of God. Don’t allow the actions of others to dictate your love and pursuit of God. Let God rekindle your fire. Learn to put the whole of your trust in Him, not in man.Prayer: Father. I place my trust in You. I take every person that I have placed on a pedestal, down. I put my hope and expectation in You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
