Dr. Dre selling beats for 3 billion wasnt a bad decision on his behalf its was actually a win -win situation for him and jimmy lovine making them even more wealthy then they were before but heres the catch. Its a gamble that apple is willing to take but they have money to blow. The determining factor that apple will lose any money off of beats head phones will solely depend on if the beats head phones loses its authenticity.Because we all know thats its the brand that sales not the actually electronics. The question now that comes to mind is on whether or not the beats are gonna sell at the same degree with out its original ownership? Or are they gonna sale but depreciate in value at the same degree as if they never lost its original authenticity ? times will tell but if it depreciate faster than what was expected thats would not be a good look, but the notion that they would depreciate in value through time would be more acceptable given that fact that even if Dre kept his ownership the probabilty that the product would still depreciate in value is far greater than none nydailynews/entertainment/dr-dre-sells-beats-apple-3-billion-article-1.1808975
