Dr. Loai Deeb, President of the Global Network for Rights and Development (GNRD) called for the International Red Cross to take a clear position on the massacre of hundreds of civilians in Khuza’a and release what incriminating evidence it has on the matter to the public. He stressed that being neutral means exposing the truth regarding this massacre, rather than taking a politically motivated bias by being silent. The President of the GNRD appealed to the stakeholders in the political negotiations to not agree on concrete steps, or formulate a political resolution before revealing the truth about what took place in Khuza’a. He called on them to provide a safe humanitarian passage in order to retrieve the bodies of hundreds of people and to help any wounded survivors. He confirmed that after information was revealed about the massacre, in which people were forcefully lined up and shot in the head, many Israeli political officials began to distance themselves from the war in fear of the comeuppance. Dr. Deeb was surprised about the gullibility of western officials who credulously believe the claims of the top Israeli political officials, that they have absolutely no hand in the unfolding massacre in Khaza’a, without investigating the situation on the ground. Finally, Dr. Deeb called on families that have lost contact with loved ones in Khaza’a to immediately report missing persons to the relevant authorities, media outlets and NGOs, including GNRD. - See more at: gnrd.net/seemore.php?id=470#sthash.36zrY7qZ.dpuf
