During our stay on Vans Warped Tour, we met up with the good people of The John Lennon Bus to work on a project with the The Sing Me a Story Foundation. They shared with a us a story by a girl named Iniko, and we ended up writing and recording a song based on it called Big Brother. (NYWC) provides free creative writing workshops throughout New York City for people from groups that have been historically deprived of voice in our society. NYWC’s goal is to create an inclusive city, one that is aware of the diversity of voices within it and honors the lives of all of its citizens.
