During the period of July to September every year, it is the season of tasting wild mushrooms from Yunnan, China. Yunnan is one of the main places in the world, where edible mushrooms produced and exported. There are different kinds of wild mushrooms would be cultivated, such as boletus, matsutake, morel, porcini, termite, even truffles! I love mushrooms, therefore, I will not miss to enjoy eating the lovable and tasteful mushrooms in this summer times! In Hong Kong, even it is not the place that producing edible mushrooms, there are lot of different kinds of wild mushrooms can be found. Such as the blue mushroom that showed in the picture, could you imagine such rare mushroom would be found in Hong Kong, where is just a very small city with so many high buildings?
