EUREKA I think I may have found a way of stopping my two youngest Benjamin and Sarah from arguing with each other allllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the time. They have been snapping and falling out all the holidays (including when we were in Spain) and I was getting very close to the end of my tether. On a recent visit to Aldi to buy some fruit they decided (whilst I was in the queue) to start arguing and being horrid to each other. I just kept smiling and looking around me hoping people would not think they were mine. I counted up to 1,550 to keep calm and got out of the shop as soon as I could. I smiled all the way to the car and once we were in it I had the most amazing transformation into a raving lunatic, I had never been so embarrassed!!!!! I sat and told them both how angry and ashamed I was. I threatened them if they spoke to each other or looked at each other on our journey home they would both go straight to bed. Once home, I had calmed down and decided enough was enough , they were spoiling my Summer holidays!!!!! They are now under STRICT instructions, if they want to speak to each other they have to ask me first. If it is something nice they can speak but if it is to moan or to say something unkind they cannot speak. We have been doing this now since Thursday evening and oh my goodness IT WORKS, no arguing, no moaning and no unkind words spoken. Thank you Lord for popping the idea into my head. xxxxxxxx
