EXTENSION OF WARRANTY Vorwerk, the manufacturer of Thermomix, has advised us that it will extend the warranty for Australian private customers who have a TM31 appliance manufactured from week 42 in 2012, by one additional year. This means if your appliance has a service number that begins with 1242 or higher you will be automatically entitled to the additional warranty. To find your service number please follow the instructions below. You don’t need to take any further steps to register for the warranty, but it is always a good idea to make sure your contact details are current with Thermomix Australia, simply contact us on the details below. The warranty extension is in addition to the existing two year warranty and consumer guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law.
