EYP Turkey is preparing for a very special event at its 15th anniversary: the EuroTurco Forum which will be held between the 7th and the 12th of September, 2014. Around 100 delegates from all over Europe will come together at Santralİstanbul (İstanbul Bilgi University) to experience EYP and take part in a five day packed programme. In the EuroTurco Forum, while every committee is working on their topic related to EU-Turkey relations, so will their partner NGO! After working on each resolution, the committee and a representative from a partner NGO that actively operates on European matters will team up and prepare a project from scratch! All participants will be university students. The session will be presided by Mr Wim van Doorn (NL). There is no participation fee for international and Turkish officials. Travel costs to and from the session must be covered by the participants. Also, please note that all officials will be asked to arrive by Saturday, September 6th to take part in the Officials’ Training which will start by the morning of Sunday, September 7th. Departures can start from the evening of Friday, September 12th after 22:00 onward. All those who are available and interested should follow the instructions in the application form and submit their applications via the link below. The deadline for applications is the 29th of June, Sunday, 23:59 (CEST). Late applications will not be accepted. The selection will begin once the application deadline is over. All applicants will be informed individually of the outcome of their application, as soon as the selection is complete.
