Earlier this morning I watched the segment of the show that covered Uncle Bobs Bakery, the owner said exactly what most of the regulars know that their product is superb in every way. My favourite is the Paris Brest, if you havent had one of them you havent lived, but they also do a Lichee Eclair as well. The ordinary Chocolate Eclairs are to die for. No matter which store you go to the product is exactly the same, their Sour Dough bread also excellent too, there are other things on offer at the shops beside baked items, you can get a plain good old fashioned Cheese & Salad sandwich which can be complemented with excellent coffee.....Just sayin
