Effective immediately, testing fees for tested good products are eliminated and we will ship back warranty products free of charge within the United States. Note to customers. This charge was instituted as a self help control for you. Yeah right.... No really, and let me tell you why. Customers would have an issue and spend a lot of time and sometimes damaging harnesses etc to uninstall everything from your car to send back. This is RARELY required. If you have a little patience and troubleshoot, we almost always get it down to one component to send back and you dont have to take your car apart in the driveway. By attempting to give you a carrot and stick to troubleshoot, we hoped to make the process better for you by giving you less work. This seems to cause anger, so we will eliminate it. We hope very much that you work with us on the diagnostics anyway to cut out the amount of work it takes you is you have a warranty. And just a note on quality.... We ship literally thousands of products a day from all locations. A typical day sees 30-40 product pieces returned. As a percentage of sales, our products are some of the best in the world. Our failure rate is very low. Im like you though, if its MY product, I still feel bad. Also, modern cars have lots of diagnostics built into them and it is an ongoing battle to keep our countermeasures current to trick your cars into thinking it has a halogen bulb in it instead of an HID or LED. Not all issues are related to the product, they are compatibility issues.
