Elmo update - Ok finally we have some news... the joint tap results were the key.. (glad we pushed for them now!!! ;) ) .. of the joints that were tapped (back end) Elmo unfortunately has degenerative joint disease (Osteoarthritis) in all of them.. slightly worrying though is his hip joints.. they are a lot worse than the smaller joints .... The vet and ourselves have all agreed to no surgery and will continue with pain relief for as long as we can.. we will also return to Galen Therapy once the pain and inflammation is more manageable for him.... .. thank you so much to everyone who has helped us through all the head scratching and ????s xxx
