The coordinator will be responsible all types of email campaigns ranging from commercial email campaigns to market research oriented campaigns. In this role, the coordinator will support the business goals and objectives of the organization. Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate processing and deployment of email requests Review and test functionality of emails prior to deployment Partner with internal departments to ensure creative is properly formatted to meet company policy and optimized for email delivery Manage email marketing schedule and work flow for assigned titles Report and analyze campaign performance metrics and advise on campaign strategy Facilitate the upload of email mail lists into database Maintain email compliance documents Oversee transfer of email data between vendors Support maintenance of email decoy files Manage email billing to ensure timely and accurate processing Skills Bachelors degree 1-3 years email marketing experience Knowledge of Silverpop or similar email automation system Basic working knowledge of HTML Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience working with various file types (csv, txt, xls) Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced working environment Strong analytical skills: understands and utilizes metrics relevant to role Should have strong attention to detail and be results driven dlvr.it/6fLfgF
