Enough Is Enough.. Some of the detainees never had legal status in Canada. So therefore they have to be removed. Most of the detainees had legal status in Canada, refugee and permanent residence status. But because of criminal convictions and the punishment under the criminal code of Canada deportation orders are issued against them and they also have to be removed from Canada. The removal aspect is simple it operates on the basis of diplomacy where by the Canadian government CBSA contacts the detainees’ country of origin to obtain travel documents so the detainees can be put on a plane back home and return home. Detainees come from all different parts of the world including communist countries who do not cooperate with western government, war torn countries who have no governments, third world countries with corrupt government and countries who have certain criteria that have to be met by the Canadian government before a travel document can be issued or even considered .
