Evans cardiologist came in this morning and said he wasnt happy with his echo from yesterday. They are going to do a biopsy to verify but because he is having the arrhythmias which are like what he had before when he had rejection he is pretty sure that is probably what he is going to find. They are doing 2 caths one for the biopsy and then another through his groin to check all of the veins and arteries and do a thorough check of everything while they are in there. They started him last night on a huge dose of steroids and it is making his sugars go crazy so thats an added fun feature:-/ the Dr. did not want to discuss length of stay or treatment plans until he sees the biopsy and what we are up against but best case scenario we are here til tomorrow but looks like its gonna be longer. Evan is feeling better today sorta, yesterday he definitely wasnt feeling good or acting himself, he seems to be acting a little more like Evan today tho so thats bette and Im thankful I was not working up in mammoth this time so I can be here with him! I hope he gets out in time for Halloween! Id hate for his awesome Swedish Chef costume to go to waste... Its gonna be perfect with his puffy cheeks!!
