Even from my pseudo orthodox viewpoint of Rabindrasangeet, I have - TopicsExpress

Even from my pseudo orthodox viewpoint of Rabindrasangeet, I have always welcomed experimentation with open arms! but if overdone, it loses the charm. Same happened with Tagore & We 2!! Piano, drums, guitar, harmonica and keyboards er atishojye kautha gelo hariye! And even if I could have allowed the musical experiment to grow on me, mistake in lyrics is something I HATE! And that too in one of my most favourite piece created by Rabindranath Thakur! (and i have not yet completed listening to the whole album) •Song 2 - Tomaye Gaan Shonabo (section 3:25) •Koiguru wrote - "Kannadharar dola tumi thamtey diley na je" •Sunidhi Chauhan sings - "Kannahnashir dola tumi thamtey diley na je" After such an engrossing first installment, I am really really disappointed with this album! I really respected Soumyojit Das for his classical finesse and wonderful detailing capabilities, but this lyrical mistake will make me think otherwise!
