Event 2 The UPS and downs standards: RX athletes burpees will be performed to a plate. Chest to deck. You must show control and open your hip at the top of the plate. You are allowed to got lateral or straight on here. Every time you show control on top of the plate = 1 rep. Scaled burpees, athletes chest must touch ground upon completion athlete must jump, opening hip, and clap either above or behind their head. Wall ball shots men must hit our designated 10 ft target. Ladies must hit our 9 ft target. You will be required to squat below parallel each rep. 1st rep starts in a squat. Rx 20/14 Scaled 14/10 Box jumps, RX athletes 30/24 must show control at the top of the box and open your hip. Step ups are not allowed in the RX division. Step downs are. Scaled box jumps 24/20 must show control at the top of the box and open your hip with each jump or step up. Step up are allowed athletes must show complete control. Double unders for RX Singles for scaled You have 12 minutes to make it through 20 burpees 30 wall ball 20 box jumps 30 double unders/singles Upon completing the jump rope you would then start back on box jumps, wall balls, burpees. Upon completing burpees you would start wall balls and work back down and continue this until the 12min time cap. IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN JUMP ROPE, BRING IT!!!
