Every day I send my kids go to school, sweep the house and cook meals. To be honestly, As I accomplish the everyday’s job, I often lie on the sofa to watch television. Occasionally I want to have a change. I know that I need to do more exercise and read more books to petseek a well mode of life. But I am too idle to pile out the first step. I often have excuses, for instance, I wish to join in a Yoga class and my companies adviced me a number of clubs but I repulsed them all. “The teacher looks not fine. It’s very far away from my home. The time schedule isn’t fit for me” and so on. One of my friends told me that if I don’t wish to get away the comfy house to join Yoga class, I can learn it at home.
