Everybody knows you need at least 8 glasses of water a day. If you workout as much as I do, you end up sweating all of that out and need even more. But water gets boring real fast and people have a tendency to turn to artificial water flavoring like crystal light. Instead of doing that do a natural flavor. Here I used mint leaves, cucumber, and limes. The longer you let it sit the better it tastes. Each of these things adds health benefits to your water instead of taking away benefits like artificial sweetners. Dont like these try soaking berries in your water over night. Ive also used parsley instead of mint. Lavender can be used... Natural is better people! DRINK WATER!
