Everyday wake up and think. Today i am fortunate to have woken up safely without a disease or in a live direct war zone. -I am alive. -I am blessed to have a comfortable ability to breath smoothly without interruption. -Each moment during my day i will be focused and have an agenda for the time im so lucky to have. -I will learn from all moments today, and continue to expose myself to new experiences and understand others perspectives. -I will expand my heart and develop compassion and empathy for others. -I will stay down to earth with a wide perspective and the ability to except different things. -I will think only about the good in myself and reflect on the goodness of others abilities. -I will continue to remain with clear enlightened spirit of existence and its purpose. -For all that we do is a performance, the world is a stage, and the scenes and movies we are in will continue to tell a tale of who we are and where we are headed.
