Apart from the candidate selected in the project, a panel will be made, which will be operative for a maximum period of one year from the date of interview or another interview is conducted by the Institute for recruitment of similar positions in future, whichever is earlier. Post : Research Associate - (05 position) Qualification : PhD (Thesis submitted/awarded) in Life Sciences, molecular biology, Immunology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Cell Biology, Genetic Engineering, Zoology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Animal Sciences, Pharmacology, Bioinformatics, Chemical Sciences /Environmental Science, with sufficient working experience in Immunology/molecular biology/peptide synthesis/ M.Tech. in Pharm. Biotechnology. Desirable : Practical experience in handling small experimental animals, mammalian tissue culture, working with pathogens like Mycobacterium tuberculosis, computational biology and sufficient exposure of analytical/ immune clinical techniques. Experience in the area of biocatalysis. Stipend : Rs. 22,000/-plus HRA @ 20% Age limit : 35 years as on 26.07.2013 Post : Project Assistants – (04 positions) for DBT/DST funded Project Essential Qualification : 1st Class M.Sc in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Bioinformatics, molecular biology, Zoology, Cell Biology, Desirable : Practical research experience in the areas mentioned above and knowledge of confocal microscopy. Stipend : Rs. 16,000/-,Rs. 12,000/-, Rs. 10,000/-, Rs. 8000/- depending upon sanction of sponsoring agency. Age limit : 28 years as on 26.07.2013 Post : JRF (Projects) – (02 positions) for DST funded Project Essential Qualification : 1st Class M.Sc in Life Sciences, Microbiology, Biochemistry, molecular biology, Cell Biology, Desirable : Practical research experience in the areas mentioned above.
