Excellent article about the findings and recommendations of the Monash Universitys Emotional Experiences of Early Parenthood in Australian Families.. One of the clear recommendations was the need for more comprehensive antenatal education that includes early parenthood information to inform more realistic expectations. I know many of my educator friends are already doing this and my book does too. Validating for all of us.
