Excerpt from a customer service conversation with Amazon; I had ordered Reynolds wrap, and the product I received was the thinest aluminum foil I have ever used and the box was poorly constructed. I just dont think the Reynolds Corporation actually produced this product. I have been using Amazon for years but lately it seems like the quality of many of the products I receive from them are of questionable quality or origin. Amazon more and more seems like the odd lots dollar store of the internet. Nandhini:Im really sorry Ill forward this issue to our specialist team. You can let them know that I have had a diminishing lack of faith that I will receive quality products from amazon. It is getting hard to find good products in search and I have had a number of disappointing products delivered. My current view of Amazon is that it is a bottom end discount retailer that delivers off/counterfeit/odd lot products. I am feeling like I would be better off going to walmart/target for quality goods.
