Exciting Changes are happening at Moose Lodge! New staff has been acquired! Moose Lodge manager and head of housekeeping - Val Johnson. Moose Lodge Caretaker & Guide - Nate Grindahl. Val and Nate, along with existing staff, Ed & Peggy Kozak (owners) and April Price (Executive Assistant) have been working hard to make sure that your stay at Moose Lodge and The Cabin are beyond your expectations. The Wounded Moose at The Lodge has been updated with new tile flooring, and updated dishwasher, new chairs & stools and a new ceiling to be completed by January 1st, 2015. The towels in the Wounded Moose have been updated as well. 90% of all lighting has been replaced with energy efficient LED bulbs. All pots and pans have been upgraded to stainless steel cookwear in all Moose Lodge kitchens. We have been busy at The Cabin as well. Recently completed projects include: The 2nd bathroom, all exterior siding and trim, the walkway and exterior lighting, exterior staining and the parking area! A small picnic table and a fire pit have been put into place as well. The upper cabinets in the kitchen will be complete by the end of October. And finally our most exciting news: We are building another cabin to add to the Moose Lodge properties! The Canoe Camp at Moose Lodge is set to open January 2015!
