Excuse me sir, but you have been given the tremendous privilege to speak to people from a stage. You are supposed to be the pastor over a flock. Why then is it that I am heariang that your sermons do not preach the bible, but instead you are talking about some supposed revelation you had of a medusa headed hoe and the pentecostal penis in the church... Paul in the Bible writing to Timothy a pastor said that this is what should be a function of the preacher: Until I come, give attention to the public reading of Scripture, to teaching, and to exhortation (1 Tim 4:13) The duty of the minister is not to give people our own revelations or opinions because we cannot add to the bible. If any man adds unto this revelation, God will add unto him the plagues that are written in this book (Revelation 22:18) But we are supposed to give people the revelation that God gave, the faith which was once and for all delivered unto the saints. (Jude 1:3) As the verse above says, our function is to publicly read the Bible, teach its meaning, and then exhort from it. The Bible is Gods Word. The only way people can go away from your service and be sure that they heard from God is if you give them the Word of God. Im not saying all of this to discourage you but you have a large influence and I want it to touch people with the Word of God because it is only by the Word that we are sanctified: Make them holy by the truth; YOUR WORD IS TRUTH. (John 17:17) It is only the Word which saves souls: You are born again... through the living and enduring word of God. (1 Peter 1:23) And because Christ said, I will build my church (Matt 16:18). We dont build His church, He does. And the only way for Him to do that is by speaking to them. His Words are locked up in the Bible and if u never let Him speak then the church wont grow up but you need to be Christs mouthpiece by declaring what the Word says. He said that He makes his bride holy, cleansing her by the washing with water THROUGH THE WORD (Eph. 5:26). I pray you really open up your heart to what I am saying because as u see I have not come with any of my own opinions about this but only scripture and I know you wont go against all the Scriptures I just quoted you.
