https://youtube/watch?v=nIvwiTvppfo Its so incredibly easy. Buy a turkey. Drive it to Riverside for Central Thanksgiving. Official recipe on video. My Turkey Anybody Can Cook recipe - no secret - here. Buy a Turkey, a $1- dollar roasting pan, aluminum foil & cooking oil of choice if you dont have any - thaw turkey - pre-heat oven to 325 - wash thawed bird in cool water and clean sink - pull out the junk (neck in front bag of guts in back) throw away - (if they dont come out easily or are icy - birds not thaw) - toss bird in pan breast up - pour cooking oil, about a quarter cup, you can just eyeball it, over breasts of bird - rub the oil all over the bird - salt and pepper to taste (just shake some all over it) - with bird breast side up in pan, build an aluminum foil tent over pan running longways, should look a little like this: /\ crinkle edges of foil around the pan - throw that big bird in the oven and ignore it for the next 3 or 4 hours (at 325) -check it, its done when the legs wiggle freely in your hand - pull foil off for last 30 minutes -its REALLY done when you wiggle the end of the leg and it comes off. -Invite everyone in Southern California and BEG your friends to help out! Thats It! People will think youre a genius. Ive cooked turkey just about every way it can be cooked and above is the easiest - most sure fire way to get a good tasting bird. Your prime risk is overcooking it... but thats better than raw turkey! You can stuff it with jalapenos and cover it with peppers. Fill it with an orange, slices of mango and a little mint. Go crazy. Have fun. But the one youre cooking for guests - if you do something nutty to it - make sure to fill them in on it in case their allergic and so they dont think the bird is bad! Good Luck!
